nanoplus is the technology leader for gas sensing. They design and produce Distributed Feedback Lasers at any wavelenght between 760 nm and 14000 nm.

Types of semiconductor lasers:
760 nm – 3000 nm; laser diodes, continuous wave
3000 nm – 6000 nm; interband cascade lasers, continuous wave
6000 nm – 14000 nm; quantum cascade lasers, pulsed operation
Fabry Perot Lasers are available within the same wavelength windows.

Mid-Infrared Light Emitting Diodes (MIR LED or ICLED)
nanoplus Mid-Infrared LED technology
nanoplus introduces continuous wave MIR LEDs (also know as ICLEDs) at customized wavelengths. Select any wavelength between 2800 nm and 6500 nm. The substrate-side-emitting devices display higher wall plug efficiencies and maximum output powers > 1mW than previous MIR LEDs operating in continuous wave at room temperature. nanoplus MIR LEDs are a broadband, incoherent and cost-effective alternative to lasers for e.g. many gas sensing applications in industry and research.
